MOODLE DEMO BY PUKUNUI · START HERE

Explore a learner journey, then connect what you see to your organisation’s needs.

Sign in with the details supplied by your Pukunui contact. This guide uses our existing Course Creation showcase. Your account determines what you can access; some activities also have completion requirements. The demo resets periodically, so changes and progress may not persist.

1. Find your way around

Open the showcase course

What to notice: the course index, clear sections and activity completion indicators help learners understand where they are and what comes next.

2. Explore interactive learning

Open an interactive video or an interactive book.

What to notice: learning content can combine explanation, interaction and feedback in the same experience. Access and recorded progress depend on your demo account.

3. Look at assessment

Inspect the quiz example. The course also contains an assignment example with completion conditions. Explore with your Pukunui presenter if those prerequisites are not complete.

What to notice: quizzes support structured questions and feedback; assignments support submitted work and teacher feedback. If an activity is locked, read the prerequisite shown or explore it with your presenter. You do not need to submit work to use this guide.

4. Explore communication and feedback

Open the forum example and feedback activity.

What to notice: discussions support learning together, while feedback activities help you understand the learner experience. Your presenter can explain the different participation and moderation options.

5. Understand progress and reporting

Return to the course and look at completion indicators. Ask your presenter to show how teachers review activity completion, grades and participation using their permitted role.

Explore with your Pukunui presenter: staff reporting, course configuration and administration require the appropriate account. Arrange a demonstration around your requirements.

Some examples elsewhere in this environment use additional plugins. The guide above focuses on core Moodle activities and its H5P integration.
